This boutique hotel planned for eight stories features 175-200 rooms and a connector bridge across the nearby boulevard leading to an engineering technical center. Initial plans call for meeting space for up to 300 people. Additional amenities are expected to include a fitness center, three-meal restaurant, and rooftop bar / lounge.
The hotel is part of a larger planned development surrounding an existing civic center campus. The project envisions a cohesive, walkable environment to be utilized by residents, workers, and visitors alike.
