With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Fred is passionate about creating strong and sustainable communities, neighborhood regeneration, and civic revitalization. Before joining LIFTbuild, he held leadership roles in several prominent real estate development firms, where he managed the acquisition, due diligence, design, and entitlement of over 2,500 multifamily units across the United States. He previously led the planning department of a regional engineering firm.
Accredited by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Fred’s specialties include community development, project management, expertise in land use entitlements, master planning and design, advocacy planning, and community involvement.
