Bob Jankowski is a seasoned professional with nearly 18 years of experience in the construction industry. Since starting his career, Bob has specialized in project controls execution and management, focusing on project performance, subcontractor performance, planning, project invoicing, and corporate forecasting.

Bob’s journey in the construction industry began in 2007, driven by a desire to embrace a dynamic work environment. He thrives on the constant mobility of overseeing work-in-place and the need to establish relationships through trust and commitment. The unpredictable challenges of each day keep him on his toes, a facet of the job he truly loves.

Throughout his career, Bob has contributed to a variety of significant projects, including the Campus Crossroads project at The University of Notre Dame, General Motor’s M5 Productivity Improvement Program in Ft. Wayne, Flint, Silao, and Arlington, Bedrock’s Hudson Tower in Detroit, and Michigan State University’s North Endzone Expansion and Facility for Rare Isotope Beams.

In his current role as Project Controls Lead at LIFTbuild, Bob is responsible for corporate planning and forecasting, project planning and forecasting, and risk mitigation. He enjoys engaging in various facets of the organization, from corporate outlook to business acquisition, preconstruction, and production efforts.
